4.  Reflective Targets

Reflective targets are used in conjunction with prisms to improve measurement accuracy. These targets have precise markings that aid in targeting and aligning the total station. 

They reflect the laser beam back to the prism, allowing for precise distance measurements. Reflective targets are typically made of durable materials with high reflectivity, ensuring optimal performance in various lighting conditions.

5.  Data Collectors

Data collectors are handheld devices that interface with total stations, enabling surveyors to store, process, and manage data collected in the field. They come equipped with software that allows for on-site calculations and data manipulation.
